Our Commitment to Preventing and Addressing Bullying

At Alde Valley Academy, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported. Bullying of any kind is not tolerated in our school community.

We take a proactive approach to preventing bullying through education, awareness, and a strong culture of leading with kindness and being stronger together. Our staff are trained to identify and respond to concerns promptly, and we encourage students and parents to speak out if they witness or experience bullying.

Support is available for both those affected by bullying and those who need help to change their behaviour. We work closely with students, families, and external agencies to ensure that every young person can thrive without fear of intimidation or harm.
