Complaints

Complaints should be made, in the first instance, to either the line manager of the staff member concerned or directly to the Headteacher.  In line with statutory guidance, we have a clear complaints procedure.  Our complaints policy can be found on the policies page of the Kingfisher Schools Trust website.  More information can be found from our policies page by clicking the link below:
